She was joined by other family members, including the former First Lady, Aisha Buhari, at the London hospital where the late president passed away.
Former President Muhammadu Buhari died on Sunday, July 13, after a brief illness. He was 82 years old.
Following the news of his death, Vice President Kashim Shettima and Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, flew to London to receive his body.
Earlier, presidential aide Bashir Ahmad announced on X that the remains of former President Muhammadu Buhari will be laid to rest in his hometown of Daura, Katsina State.
He added that the date and time of the burial will be communicated in due course.
