Commotion As Bandits K!ll 3‑Day‑Old Baby, Abduct Mother In Katsina Village

Suspected bandits launched a deadly attack on Wednesday night in the Zagami community, located in Yankara Ward, Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State, killing several residents and abducting numerous others, including women and children.

According to a post on Thursday by security analyst Bakatsine on X, the assailants stormed the village around 8pm and opened fire indiscriminately.

Tragically, a three-day-old baby was reportedly k!lled during the raid, while the infant’s mother was abducted by the attackers.

Although the exact number of casualties and abductees remains unclear, residents described the incident as one of the most horrifying in recent weeks.

Authorities have yet to issue an official statement, but locals are calling for urgent intervention from security agencies to prevent further attacks in the area.
