The feud between U.S. superstars Nicki Minaj and SZA has escalated, as the R&B singer responded with fresh allegations following Nicki's claim of being a more successful artist than her.
Their beef started on Tuesday night after the singer appeared to have shaded the rapper, who launched a rant on X targeting music executive TDE Punch.
During her rant, Minaj claimed that she has more musical achievements than SZA, claiming that she has performed in countries where the R&B songstress is unknown.
Responding, SZA shared a screenshot of messages allegedly exchanged between Nicki and her team, wherein the rapper requested a collaboration with her.
In her X caption, SZA claimed that she has turned down Nicki Minaj’s request for a feature twice.
She wrote, “You absolutely know my music and what I contribute cause you’ve asked for features twice to no response. In addition to rapping my lyrics on ‘Feeling Myself’—‘Cooking up the bass looking like a kilo’? Lol ur having a moment… I’m not sure why but be blessed.”
