A woman identified as Mrs. Sewuese has been arrested for allegedly physically assaulting her sister's 10-year-old daughter in the Achusa area of Makurdi, Benue State.
A Facebook user, Alih Gabriel Agbo, who disclosed this on the social media platform said the suspect was arrested on Wednesday afternoon, July 16, 2025.
“Mrs. Sewuese was arrested this afternoon in Achusa, Makurdi for physically abûsing her sister's 10-year-old daughter.
"It is shocking that a woman could harm a child like this. It is very disturbing.
"This is a perfect example of a heart of man is desperately wicked, tell me how you expect peace and harmony to exist between this girl and the woman's children in future,” he wrote.
