A $500,000 lawsuit has been instituted by businessman, Simon Guobadia against his ex-wife, Porsha Williams.
Guobadia alleged in the lawsuit that his ex-wife defamed him with Instagram posts hinting at erectile dysfunction.
The posts, made in July 2024, seemingly accused him of suffering from ED, although she didn’t mention his name directly.
Guobadia’s lawsuit claims these posts damaged his reputation, led to lost business opportunities, and caused emotional distress.
This alleged lawsuit comes on the heels of Simon’s recent divorce loss to Porsha, where he was ordered to pay $40,000 per month in alimony and grant her use of their Atlanta mansion.
