An exchange between Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Tems, and a younger male fan has left tongues wagging on social media.
During her performance at the Lollapalooza Festival in Paris, France, the 31-year-old singer refused to serenade a fan because of his young age of 22.
Surprisingly, the young man protested and urged her to go on and serenade him, saying he prefers older women.
“It’s okay, I like older women,” he was heard saying in the video.
Tems said she was “shy” but went on to serenade the young man.
The video has created a lot of buzz online about the singer, who is a self-confessed introvert.
This is not the first time Tems is serenading a male fan during her performance. The ‘Love Me Jeje’ crooner been captured serenading several male fans at festivals this summer, a notable change from her previous style of performance.
