Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has tackled Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo over his threat to Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

In a post on X on Tuesday, Atiku wrote;
“Let it be known that a threat against Peter Obi or any of us is a threat against ALL of us!”
Atiku’s reaction follows a viral video in which the Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, was heard warning Peter Obi not to enter Edo State without his permission.
“His safety won’t be guaranteed… If anything happens to him, he’ll have to face it… I’m now in charge here,” Governor Okpebholo said while speaking to party supporters during the defection of a federal lawmaker to the APC.”
