A man has sparked widespread reactions online after expressing a controversial opinion about women's behavior during pregnancy and how men should handle it.

In the now viral post, he recounted how his pregnant aunt lived with his family years ago without making extreme or unreasonable demands — especially because there was no one around to enable it.

According to him, single mothers also get pregnant and don’t wake people up at 4am for cravings, so he finds it strange when some women use pregnancy as a tool to “punish” their partners.

He wrote: “You’ll see young women waiting to get pregnant just to replicate this kind of torture on their men. That’s how much women enjoy punishing weak men.”

He criticised the idea of using hormones or discomfort as an excuse for selfish behaviour in relationships, adding that feeling a certain way doesn’t automatically justify inconsiderate actions.

He then advised men to “beat her at her game” if their partner is inconsiderate during pregnancy.

“Crave food at 2am and have her cook it. Tell her that’s what your hormones feel and your feelings are valid. Tell her stress hormones from work is why you can’t drop her off at the market.”

He ended the post with a line that has sparked debate across platforms: “You accept the love you think you deserve.”
