Rick Ross' extended jail term doesn't only mean he gets to miss the BET Awards tomorrow and all the fun that comes with it as he is also said to be losing some money.
Rick Ross' continued detention at the Fayette County jail in Georgia is reportedly costing him a lot of money.
The American rapper is being held for alleged kidnap and assault of his ground-keeper on June 24.
The Maybach Music Group boss had big plans for the BET Awards but his extended jail time has apparently ruined any such plans.
According to sources, Ross is losing out on deals including an $80,000 for a party appearance and $50,000 for a club appearance.
He's also going to lose some amount of money said to be in the region of $30,000 for a private jet from ATL to LAX, and $60,000 for a mansion rental - all part of his pre-arrangement for the BET Awards on Sunday, June 28.
The rapper's next court appearance is not until July 1.
Whoever says violence pays hasn't been in Rick Ross' shoes.
