The video shows the Tricycle rider trying to repair his tricycle that broke down on the road against Ogunlewe's claim that he converted the road to a mechanic spot.
Taking to social media, Ogunlewe wrote:

it was painful to see one of the roads that is being reconstructed turn into a mechanic spot and a dump ground for abandoned vehicles.''
