Peter Obi, a former Labour Party presidential candidate met with former Niger State Governor Babangida Aliyu on Friday.
The meeting between the duo was held at Aliyu’s residence in Abuja.
Hours after meeting Aliyu, Obi also met former Kaduna State Governor and chieftain of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, Nasir El-Rufai, at his residence in Abuja.
This comes amid rumours that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is trying to bring Obi back.
Obi is currently a member of the opposition coalition but has yet to officially decamp to the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
