Yunusa Tanko, the National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, has shared another video of former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi sharing food.
This is as he described Obi as a good servant leader.
Tanko said Obi’s leadership attributes are inbuilt while sharing the video on his X page.
In the video, the former presidential candidate could be seen sharing food to Tanko, Aisha Yesufu and some others in a room.
Tanko wrote: “This is the hallmark of a good and servant leadership, one who serves the people even his staff. It is not for the show, it’s naturally inbuilt. “Obidients let stay focused. PO is coming. A New Nigeria is Possible.”
Recently, Obi was seen distributing food at a charitable event in Imo State.
The incident elicited mixed reactions from Nigerians, with some expressing outrage.
Responding to the outrage that greeted the viral video of him serving food, Obi said it was not a campaign strategy but for humanitarian purposes.
Obi noted that true leadership must be rooted in humility and service to others.
The former presidential candidate said it was unfortunate that a sincere action was twisted by paid agents into something political.
He called on Nigerians to shift their mindset from performative charity to a culture of consistent compassion.
