A former lawmaker, Shehu Sani has reacted to President Bola Tinubu's recent appointment of Olumode Samuel Adeyemi as the new Comptroller-General of the Federal Fire Service.
According to him, the new Comptroller-General is from the South West.
Reacting in a tweet on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, Sani noted that there has been no outcry since the person is from the South West.
He wrote, "The new Controller General of Fire Service is from the South West, it’s all quiet. It seems other regions are not struggling over this position."
