The cleric had questioned why believers follow popular figures like TikTok personality Peller, influencer Saida Boj, and the Big Brother Naija reality show on various platforms.
Reverend Kesiena Esiri, founder of the Remnant Christian Network has tackled Christians following controversial figures like Peller and Saida Boj on social media.
Speaking in a recent church sermon, the cleric also queried Christians for also following Big Brother Naija reality show on various platforms.
“What exactly are you gaining as a Christian from following Saida Boj or Big Brother Naija? How is it feeding your soul? What are you learning from Peller?” he asked, addressing the congregation.
He also slammed Peller after he was seen speaking in tongues and prophesying alongside gospel singer Ebuka Songs.
The cleric dismissed the act, labeling Peller a “clown” who was mocking spiritual gifts like tongues and prophecy.
