The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, CDCFIB has announced it has closed its recruitment portal.
 
The announcement was made on Sunday.
 
The application portal, which opened on Monday, July 14, 2025, officially closed on Sunday, August 10, 2025.
 
CDCFIB received 1,911,692 applications for just 30,000 vacancies across the four paramilitary agencies under its supervision.
 
Below is a breakdown, according to states, of over 1.9 million Nigerians that applied for the recruitment into the Civil Defence, Immigration, Correctional and Fire Services.
