Rights activist, Aisha Yesufu has lashed out at President Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
According to her, Onanuga should be fired immediately.
Yesufu was reacting to Onanuga’s mockery of key coalition figures like Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Rotimi Amaechi, and others following the victories of the All Progressives Congress during the bye-elections on Saturday.
Mocking the coalition leaders over the failure of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Onanuga posted on X: “How is the market now.”
Responding, Yesufu wrote: “I, Aisha Yesufu, as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and my Special Adviser Information & Strategy puts out a message like this!
“He or she will be fired immediately!
As Nigeria doesn’t currently have a President, anything goes! Poor Nigeria.”
