Former Big Brother Naija reality star and actress, Eriata Ese has made a u-turn after claiming that marriage is not a flex.
Recall that she had been dragged for flaunting a baby bump without marriage.
Replying critics, she claimed marriage is not a flex.
However, following backlash online, she has now clarified her comment.
In a post on her Instagram story, Eriata said she will never say marriage isn’t a flex in a serious conversation.
She wrote:
“Please ignore bloggers.
I would never say “marriage is not a flex” in a serious conversation.
I grew up in a loving home and know how important family is.
If you know and follow me, you’ll always see I have the tag lover girl in some of my posts.
I’m not trying to explain, I just want to correct the narrative that is being passed about me because I know how people believe anything they see on these blogs. Only a damaged person will say a good marriage is not a flex.
I know how exciting it feels to be in a healthy relationship, it’s like a dream come true coming home to someone who doesn’t joke about you”.
In another post, she made it known that she was only creating engagement on her post and cruising with her followers.
“This is me only creating engagement on my post and cruising with my followers, which I always do, and a lot of people can attest to this. I mind my business and stay away from anything that will put me in the blog for any negative narrative, but it seems like it’s almost unavoidable.
