A startling video capturing the moment a Nigerian woman confronted a policeman for allegedly attempting to extort money from a keke rider has gone viral on social media.
The incident is said to have occurred at the Azikiwe Junction by Aba Road, Umuahia, Abia State, recently.
The video showed some police officers interrogating several keke drivers. The woman then walked up to one male officer and asked what he business he had with a Keke driver. The officer claimed that driver was stopped for not having a side mirror.
However, the woman intercepted and stated that she had noticed that the keke driver was about to hand him some money.
The officer initially denied but the driver opened his hand and showed he had a N200 note which he was about to give the officer. A passenger in the keke also accused the police officer of attempting to extort the driver.
