Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has hailed her weight loss journey as one of her greatest achievements while celebrating her birthday.
The 43-year-old actress, who lost 80 kg, said the transformation has changed her life in many ways.
She explained that she now breathes with ease, enjoys better sleep, eats healthier, and lives lighter both physically and mentally.
Badmus reflected on the challenges she has faced over the years, saying that her current health status stands as proof of how far she has come.
She added that the journey has been rewarding and a testimony she will always cherish.
