According to her, she never expects from a man what she cannot provide for herself, and she can easily sense when a man is only after sex.

Media personality Destiny Amaka has voiced her candid opinion on the current state of modern dating.

In a post on her Instagram story, Destiny lamented that many men have “lost the art of being a gentleman,” pointing out how some believe that taking a woman out automatically means she owes them a kiss.

“Dating isn’t supposed to feel like a transaction. If you’re kissing every guy you’re getting to know, where’s the space for real chemistry?” she wrote.

She went on to stress how hard it’s becoming to find men who are intentional, intelligent, respectful, and genuinely supportive, adding that “the streets are rough for intentional women.”

According to her, she never expects from a man what she cannot provide for herself, and she can easily sense when a man is only after sex.

“If I did a story-time about the dates I’ve been on in 2025… whew! I pray men learn and do better. I also pray to attract better,” Destiny added.

She wrapped up her message by advising men to respect women the way they would want their mothers or sisters to be respected, while noting that it’s contradictory to desire a “good woman” but expect her to act loosely.
