Two Suspects Nabbed For Stealing Solar Panels in Kwara Community

The suspects were nabbed on Saturday, September and paraded in the community before being tied up for punishment.

Residents of Jonwuron Kparu, a remote village under Yashikiru Emirate in Kwara State have nabbed two solar panel thieves.

The solar panels were donated and installed by an NGO to provide water for the community.

“This is the only power source of the pump providing water to the villagers, yet these desperate heartless fellows decided to steal these panels while destroying two in the process of removal,” a source wrote on Facebook.
