Two suspected POS fraudsters have been nabbed in Makurdi, Benue State.
The thieves were caught during an incident at Gyado Villa, opposite Peniel College, on Monday, September 29, 2025.
According to eyewitnesses, the suspect allegedly attempted to defraud a POS operator with fake alerts.
The suspect was caught by vigilant members of the community and handed over to the police for further investigation.
In a similar incident, another suspected POS fraudster was nabbed at the weekend in Makurdi.
According to social media personality, Zege Okwande, the suspect has been defrauding POS operators with fake transactions.
