Hadiza Kere, a Nigerian lecturer has shared photos of her mother, Hajiya Amina Kere Ahmed (née Shuaibu), alongside her best friend of over 65 years, Hajiya Zainab Muktar Bello (née Bahago).
Hadiza, who shared the photos on October 1, said the duo met in secondary school in Ilorin, Kwara State.
“My mum & her bestie have over 65 years & counting alhamdulillah. We the children consider ourselves cousins lol.
"They met at Queen Elizabeth School in Ilorin. Hajiya Amina Kere Ahmed Née Shuaibu and Hajiya Zainab Muktar Bello Née Bahago.
"Ya Allah be pleased with our parents,” she wrote.
