Nigerian singer, Seyi Shay has revealed that her babydaddy is someone in the entertainment industry, without mentioning his name.
She opened up during a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwu.
Recall that Seyi Shay welcomed her first child, a baby girl, in 2022, barely a year after revealing she was engaged but chose not to disclose her partner’s identity.
Seyi stated that her baby daddy is a Nigerian in the entertainment industry, adding that they are not married due to a technical issue but maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship.
She said, “Her dad is Nigerian, from Nigeria. And we’re really brilliant friends now, and we coparent really well.
“We’re not married. It’s a technical issue but because he’s not here, I don’t want to speak too much because I’ve not discussed with him about how he might feel.
“He’s someone that is very special to me and this is my daughter’s father. But he’s great, he’s cool, he’s around, he’s in the UK at the moment.
“He’s also in the music industry, on the corporate side of things. And we just work well together, raising our child. We’re great friends.”
