The mother-of-two revealed that she is always busy with running her family, "always doing, always sorting" and forgets about herself.
Speaking further on Instagram, she said she sometimes wonders what happened to the bright and brave plans she had as a woman in her 20s.
In spite of everything, Dolapo said she is learning that "God doesn't waste seasons" so she will keep moving.
