In her caption, she mistakenly said that the house was worth N50 million.
Most of her fans, called her attention to it, as they noted how her colleague Biola Bayo, also advertised that same house and she said it was worth N40 million.
Following the revelation, a man took to the comment section to call her a thief.
Reacting, Okeowo wrote:
“That guy sitting beside aunty Jaiye kuti just called me a thief. On top a property he doesn’t even know the real owner.
I’m going to use you as a scapegoat. You must prove that I’m a thief else”.
