Bode George, a member of Board of Trustees, BoT, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has sent a warning to former Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido.

According to him, Sule risks expulsion from the party.

George made this disclosure on Thursday while responding to questions in an interview on Arise Television.

“Lamido knows the procedure. He’s one of the founding fathers of this party. He didn’t attend the last National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting.

“In terms of hierarchy, NEC is the next level to the national convention. Decisions at NEC are expected to be followed to the bone.

“Lamido didn’t attend that meeting. Now, at the end of the meeting, the date for the collection and returning of the forms was stated. And he went to the party’s headquarters on the last day to return the forms.

“Lamido is not a young man, he’s my friend and a founding father of this party. I don’t know all this shenanigans going on all over the place.

“What the organisers of the convention are trying to do is ensure a seamless convention. All zonal members attended the meeting except Lamido.

“Yet, on the day of the final submission of forms, he just appeared and demanded a form. He must respect the rules,” George said.
