2 Ladies Convicted For Recruiting Minor For Prost!tution And Facilitating Foreign Travel

The ladies were convicted for facilitating foreign travel to promote prost!tution, and conspiring to facilitate such travel.

 
Two ladies, Ishaya Joy and Sule Loisinta have been convicted by a Federal High Court in Jos, Plateau State.
 
The two defendants were convicted for recruiting a person under 18 for prost!tution, facilitating foreign travel to promote prost!tution, and conspiring to facilitate such travel.
 
The case was presided over by Hon. Justice D.V. Agushi, and the offences were found to be in violation of Sections 16, 18, and 27 of the Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Enforcement and Administration Act, 2015.
