During an event in Awka, the Anambra state capital to mark this year’s World Environment Day, Governor Willie Obiano was spotted greeting a functionary at the special event with a controversial handshake.
The greeting that caught the eyes of people around the event was the "stylish" handshake with the man which some have labelled suspicious as some say the handshake is synonymous with confraternities. Some revealed the hand-shake resemble Bu*****'s confraternity style of greeting.
