Nigerian billionaire and politician, Senator Ned Nwoko, has reportedly ordered the arrest of Ann, the best friend of his estranged wife, Regina Daniels.
Ann was arrested in Lagos State on Monday by police officers from the Ajah Division.
Sharing a video of her arrest, Regina’s elder brother, Sammy, revealed in an Instagram post that the police arrived with a court order to detain Ann for alleged conspiracy, assault, and theft.
While stating that Ann has never visited the senator’s house, Sammy questioned the integrity of the Nigerian judiciary and the police, saying, “Nigeria has failed us.”
“There was no time Ann was ever at Ned’s house. So how is there a court order to detain her for conspiracy, theft, and all? Omo. Nigeria has failed us.”
The arrest of Regina Daniels’ relatives and associates began two months ago after the actress called out the senator over alleged abuse and domestic violence.
