Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has shared a light-hearted family moment from the debut episode of her new series, Talks with Celia.

In the video posted on Instagram, her mother recalled a childhood incident at Liverpool Street Market when Tiwa, then about five years old, went missing briefly.

According to her, Tiwa followed a family friend while she was shopping, and both women later realised the child was no longer with either of them, prompting a frantic search.

She said Tiwa was eventually found near a police van along the main road.

The story ended humorously, as her mother admitted she lightly slapped her in relief rather than hugging her.

The clip has drawn warm reactions from fans, offering a glimpse into the singer’s childhood and her bond with her mother.
