Nigerian soldiers ransacked the Oporoza community in Delta State following the hot search for former Niger Delta militant, high chief Government Ekpemupolo popularly known as Tompolo.

Nigerian troops went back to Oporoza community, traditional headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area in Delta State in search of the elusive Tompolo.
Reports have it that the youths fled into the nearby bush out of fear of being arrested but Tompolo was nowhere to be found. Unconfirmed reports have it that a house suspectedly belonging to Tompolo was ransacked by military operatives before their exit.
