At the same time, the police and other security agencies were still trying to organise themselves at the Lugbe RAC Centre at LEA Primary School.

Despite assurances from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that voting would begin by 8:30 a.m. in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) council election on Saturday, sensitive materials had still not departed Lugbe Primary School as of a few minutes to 9:00 a.m.

At the same time, the police and other security agencies were still trying to organise themselves at the Lugbe RAC Centre at LEA Primary School.

Captured in a video, the Supervisor of Lugbe RAC Centre said they were still trying to fix things and ensure the safe departure of sensitive materials to the appropriate polling units.

At it stands, voting might not be starting by 10 am in many polling units in Lugbe against the 8:30 promised by the electoral umpire.
