Following her faceoff with social critic, Very Dark Man over her NGO and yet to be completed projects, King Mitchy, went live twice on social media and “faked” that she two different harmful substances in a bid to commit ‘su!cide.’
Comedian Koffi has urged authorities to immediately arrest social media influencer King Mitchy after she recorded herself consuming harmful substances in two alleged “fake” su!cide attempts.
Following her faceoff with social critic, Very Dark Man over her NGO and yet to be completed projects, King Mitchy, went live twice on social media and “faked” that she two different harmful substances in a bid to commit ‘su!cide.’
She also released a press statement claiming she had been admitted to a hospital in Abuja after her attempt, however, the hospital denied admitting her and said they didn’t know anything about her case.
Like many Nigerians, Koffi condemned her actions and has called for her immediate arrest.
‘’This young lady that has been having issues with Very Dark Man, I want her to be arrested immediately. I don't care what their issue is or what they are dragging, Just the other day, I posted that young people should be careful of who they choose as influencers. What that young lady has come on camera to do is setting the tone and pace for a future we cannot control.
"Hypo sachet is readily available. It is everywhere. That young lady is sending a signal to a lot of young people of what to do if need be and it is an antecedent that we must curb immediately and set someone as an example for others to see that if you try this…..a lot of people do not know that committing su!cide is a crime. It is a perfect time to use someone as a scapegoat and this girl is a perfect person because what she has done is terrible in all regards.
"She is showing young people that if you can no loner withstand the heat, the way out is to yo know….and that is a very wrong signal to send to young people'' he said
It is reported that she attempted the fake su!icide in Abuja. The FCT police command is yet to react to this development. Efforts to get the reaction of the FCT police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, proved abortive.
