In a video now making the rounds online, the woman said the singer left her during a difficult period in her life.
She explained that she had an accident on October 11 which affected her legs and made it impossible for her to work.
According to her, she was left alone to care for their three children at that time.
She also said their landlord later issued a quit notice. She alleged that the singer asked her to take a loan to settle the rent. After she got the money, she claimed he collected it and still failed to provide support for the family.
The woman further stated that they were eventually forced out of their home and had to seek temporary shelter in a church. She accused the singer of refusing to pay the children’s school fees despite several pleas.
She added that their late son became sick during that period and that she struggled to pay hospital bills. According to her, she relied on loans and help from kind individuals to cover the medical expenses.
She called on Nigerians to come to her aid and also claimed that the singer has taken custody of their two remaining children.
She said: “I had an accident on October 11 and it affected my legs. I could not work again, and I was left alone to take care of our three children. After my accident, our landlord gave us a quit notice. He told me to go and take a loan to pay the rent. I went to borrow the money, but when I brought it, he collected it from me and still did not take care of us.
“We were later sent out of the house and we had to stay in a church. He refused to pay the school fees despite all my efforts to beg him. When my son fell sick, I struggled on my own to raise money for his treatment. I took loans and people helped me. I am begging Nigerians to please help me. He has now taken our two children away from me.”
As of the time of this report, the singer has not publicly responded to the allegations.
