Veteran Nollywood actor, Jide Kosoko has said he thought his wife's death was a rumour when he first read about it on social media as he laments about losing three wives to death.

It was widely reported few days ago when Nollywood was thrown into another mourning as Henrietta Kosoko, the wife of Nollywood veteran actor, Prince Jide Kosoko, passed away after she lost her battle with diabetics in Lagos on Monday, June 6, 2016.
Encomium Weekly paid a condolence visit to his Lagos residence and Jide who was in a sober mood and discussing with colleagues and movie marketers, said he thought his wife's death was a rumour and also lamented about losing three wives to death.
"I went to a particular event on Monday (June 6), I was not aware that my wife was dead until the person that was with me asked me to check the rumours flying around the social media about my wife’s death.
"I referred to it as rumour because I still didn’t believe, if not until I confirmed it myself. I don’t know how to explain the situation. It is an unimaginable loss. Third wife! Won’t the world count the numbers of lives I have lost?," he said.
