Popular Nigerian businessman Isaac Fayose has said that defending the administration of President Bola Tinubu is a difficult task.

The internet personality was reacting to an interview granted to Daniel Bwala, Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Policy Communication by Al Jazeera’s “Head to Head” programme anchor, Mehdi Hasan.

In the interview, Bwala, who was answering questions on the deteriorating security situation in Nigeria, denied knowledge of some negative occurrences.

The interviewer said the security situation in the country is now worse, asking Bwala if the government is proud to hear that Nigeria is now the fifth deadliest country in the world.

Responding, Bwala said, “I acknowledge the fact that we have insecurity in Nigeria, we began to see back to back attacks in Nigeria after the Christian genocide narratives.”

The presidential spokesman also claimed that there is no country in the world that is free from security crisis.

Reacting, Isaac Fayose in video posted on his official Facebook page, said no one can defend the Nigerian government without looking stupid.

He said, “You can’t defend this government without looking stupid.

“Nigeria is the fifth deadliest country to live in the world and Nigeria is one of the countries that you will see the most wicked politicians. How did we get here?”
