Nigerian singer Asake was recently granted a special privilege during his ongoing holy pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.

The music star is currently in Medina, one of Islam’s holiest cities, where many Muslims gather during the sacred period of Ramadan for prayer and spiritual reflection.

During his visit, Asake was reportedly given access to a secluded area believed to hold religious significance and said to have historical links to Prophet Muhammad.

In a video circulating online, large numbers of Muslim worshippers can be seen praying in the general area of the Prophet’s Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi). Amid the crowd, Asake was guided by an official wearing a vest with the words “Ask Me” printed on it, a label typically worn by mosque guides who assist pilgrims.

The clip shows the guide leading the singer toward a small wooden door that opened to grant him access to the restricted section. Once Asake entered, the door was immediately closed behind him, highlighting the exclusivity of the space.

Inside the area, the singer was seen kneeling in prayer, taking a quiet moment for personal devotion in the sacred environment. The moment has since drawn attention online, with many fans reacting to the rare opportunity and sharing their admiration for the singer’s spiritual journey.
