The highly controversial Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed was pictured assumably teasing the under-fire Minister of works, Power and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola and the Minister of Solid Minerals, Kayode Fayemi.
Conventionally, social media users have been engaged in deducing the topic of discussion by the ministers of President Muhammadu Buhari's cabinet.
