Popular entertainer Nasboi has sparked widespread reactions after stating that he would end his marriage if his wife ever takes their private issues to social media.

After disclosing that he views public disclosure of marital problems as a deal-breaker in his relationship, well-known comedian and singer Nasboi sparked outrage on social media.
The content producer declared that if his wife ever discusses their personal issues in public on social media, he would dissolve their union.
On Tuesday, Nasboi made it apparent on his official X page that although he enjoys being a public figure, he has strong feelings about his marriage.
He added, "I will divorce her if she ever posts about our personal marital problems online."
Many Nigerians disagreed about whether the comedian's position indicates good limits or domineering behavior after his comment swiftly triggered internet conversations.
Nasboi's supporters contended that marriages should be kept private and that couples should resolve disputes offline.
A number of social media users pointed out that once personal matters are shared online, they become irreversible and may eventually have an impact on families, professions, and even children.
He declared in January 2025 that he desired a discreet marriage free from prying eyes.
