Tension erupted during a routine traffic operation after a driver allegedly refused to stop for FRSC officers and sped off with one official clinging to the hood of his vehicle.
An FRSC officer found himself clinging to the hood of a moving Toyota Carina after the driver defied orders to pull over during a routine traffic check.
As officers attempted to enforce compliance, the driver turned aggressive and confrontational.
The situation escalated further when the driver moved menacingly toward the officers and discharged a firearm twice in the vicinity of the FRSC Command.
A video of the alarming incident circulated widely online.
