It is a tensed situation in Ikeja, Lagos State as men of the Nigerian Police clashed with some officials of the Nigerian Customs Service over a disagreement.
Customs officials clashed with the police in Ikeja
Policemen and some Nigerian Customs officials clashed in Ikeja, Lagos State after the police allegedly removed the plate number of Comptroller-General of Customs parked on d roadside.
According to unconfirmed reports, the Lagos Task force police officers who removed the plate number engaged the Customs officials in a violent clash. It was alleged that the fight resulted in a gun shots being fired. The situation in Ikeja is tensed as a result of the incident.
