Timi Dakolo, a Nigerian singer and composer, has advised guys to take breaks when they're exhausted. He claimed that people do not live longer when they act tough all the time.
The artist claimed in an Instagram post that many guys experience pressure to seem tough, even when they are having difficulties.
He asserts that having strength does not protect one from the facts of life. He pointed out that despite people's sacrifices, the globe continues to move.
Additionally, he emphasized that fatigue does not equate to laziness. The singer advised males to take breaks and recuperate as needed.
He penned, "Brotherly, you won't live longer if you appear to be strong even when you're exhausted.
The world will pass quickly, especially for the ones you are acting strong for, because strong men also die. Rest lightly if you're exhausted. Tiredness is not the same as sloth.
