Veteran entertainer and activist Charly Boy has called on men to take their health more seriously, urging them to embrace preventive care and open up about the emotional burdens they carry.

In a post shared on social media, the entertainer highlighted a stark life expectancy gap between men and women, noting that men live approximately ten years less on average and are far less likely to seek preventive medical attention.

He described proactive healthcare as essential to reducing health disparities and improving overall male wellbeing, while also encouraging men to speak openly about their struggles.

"Men's health is crucial because men, on average, live about ten years less than women and are significantly less likely to seek preventive care. Men are going through a lot. Let's share, because you're not alone," he wrote.
