Popular health influencer Aproko Doctor has shared personal insights into his marriage with his wife, revealing how their relationship has evolved through health challenges, public scrutiny and emotional strain.

The Nigerian health influencer known as Aproko Doctor has opened up about his marriage to his wife, Chiamaka, known as Chef Amaka, revealing that she did not initially match his original physical preferences but won him over through her character, compassion and calming presence.
The couple, married since June 2020, have been together for six years without having children, a period that has included Amaka's diagnosis with PCOS shortly after their wedding, which brought about weight gain, missed periods and harsh online mockery, with some accusing her of emasculating him or wrongly blaming him for their inability to conceive.
Reactions to the disclosure were mixed, with some commending his candid take on love while others felt the public sharing risked inviting further online abuse.
Many fans, however, rallied around the couple with messages of sympathy, prayers and shared personal experiences of living with PCOS, a condition that affects as much as 10 per cent of women globally.
