Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central senator, intimated on Thursday that only a miracle or magic might save Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke from loss in the governorship election this Saturday.
Sani blamed his position on the fact that the opposition in Osun State is fractured, but the APC is united and powerful.
The former legislator wrote online, that Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, who also serves as Chairman of the APC National Campaign Council for the Osun State governorship race, will assist the party win.
He added, "Osun; a divided opposition and the fact that practically all of the ADC members in the state are genetically and spiritually affiliated with the APC, only a miracle or magic will save the incumbent Governor.
In the absence of both miracles and sorcery, Hope Uzodinma will certainly regain Osun for the APC."
The APC will candidate Bola Oyebamiji in Saturday's governorship race as incumbent Governor Adeleke seeks a second term in office.
Adeleke, of the Accord Party (AP), had boasted that he would secure a second term on Saturday, but other APC leaders predicted that he would lose at the polls.
