Barcelona are preparing a third bid for Manchester City midfielder Rodri as negotiations persist between the two clubs.
The Spanish side has already seen proposals of €50 million and €60 million rejected, yet remains hopeful of finalising a deal for the Spanish international.
Transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano reported via social media on Friday that Barcelona were returning with a fresh proposal for Rodri to Manchester City, adding that direct negotiations would resume at a midpoint between Barcelona's most recent €60 million offer and Manchester City's €80 million valuation demand.

The two clubs are expected to resume talks, with Barcelona's next submission anticipated to bridge the gap between their current €60 million submission and City's stated asking price.
Barcelona maintain optimism about concluding the transfer and are determined to continue discussions rather than abandon the pursuit.
The coming days could prove significant as both organisations seek to narrow their positions on Rodri's fee.
