Shared video documentation depicted suspended concrete sections and exposed supporting columns, though no persons were injured in the incident.
Observers and commentators criticised the facility's construction approach, citing concerns over inadequately shallow foundations, absent soil quality assessments and neglected erosion mitigation measures in vulnerable areas including Unicem and Diamond Hill.
