A shocking incident unfolded during a court proceeding in Adamawa when an elderly man allegedly lost his temper and attacked the presiding judge.

An 87-year-old man has been charged with c¥tt!ng off a judge's hand during a court hearing in Adamawa State.
Dahiru Garba was presiding over a case at Mayo-Inne Area Court on August 31 when he suddenly fell into a rage.
He @tt@ck£d the judge, Dauda Hamman, with a cutlass and s£v£r£d his hand, leaving him with serious injuries.
Police arrested Garba immediately after the incident.
The case was later transferred from the local police station to the state criminal investigation department in Yola for further investigation.
Garba was brought before a magistrate court on Monday where he was charged with causing grievous hurt.
When the charge was read to him, he pleaded guilty and said the devil was responsible for his actions.
The court ordered that Garba be held at Yola Correctional Facility while the case continues.
A police prosecutor is handling the case on behalf of the Commissioner of Police.
