Police in Abia State have arrested a man for stripping his 13-year-old son naked, tying him up and beat!ng him in the hot sun in Aba.

The video showed the teenager bound with ropes, visibly injured and exposed to harsh weather.

The boy's mother had left the marriage, according to police.
